Out of school? Out of work/underemployed? Not eligible for EI? Completed high school diploma? Not sure what to do next with your life? If you can apply yourself to self-discovery, discipline, daily work assignments, and serious effort in traditional and alternative employment search methods, you may be ready for YERP.
Youth Employment Readiness Program is a 25-week program in which you will get to know yourself better, develop a personal plan, learn relevant workplace skills, and obtain work experience leading to fuller employment and/or education. If you can apply yourself to self-discovery, discipline, daily work assignments, and serious effort in traditional and alternative employment search methods, you may be ready for YERP.
